Being Single Can Shorten Your Life >.<

YES!i cant believe it either...here's an article i read in malay mail today;
"If you are single and over 30,being lonely could be the least of your problem.However,a study had found that remaining single can knock several years off your life.In fact, the effects of living alone are so detrimental they almost equate with smoking (@@" omg i dont smoke and how can they even compare this with smoking).blablabla
Singletons are said to drink more than married people because they socialise more (hmm, i agree with this one =P) They work longer hours because they have no partner to make time for. And they often skipping meals such as breakfast,or eating unhealthy meals on the go. (How true,how true =*/). They also have to cope with more worries because they lack an emotional confidant to share problems with. (yea constantly thinking about someone just make the matter worst.)"

Well,u just have to give credit to those who did this research...im really impressed =P. But!!! they didnt do any research about why singles remain as singles...AHA! Gotcha! I've been remained single since what,3years?4years? yea around there...well its not that i dont want to find another girl, its really not that easy u know! to get going again, to fall in love once more...sure i have crushes before =P and i can tell u its plenty!! crush and love are totally not the same...some said to me that u gotta need some experience before u know that u are in love; dont judge me like u know me..=/ ive lived 22 years of my life with my mom and she still dont know me...i looked back at what ive done , what ive said and i came to realize that not only me but all men are more egoistic than women...they cant accept losses and sometimes they do nasty things just to get attention...yes, men are attention seekers!! what to do, its all in the human nature of men =P..

I'm just trying to state that everyone makes mistakes,noone is perfect BUT contemplate on the mistakes you've made...no point doing the same mistakes over and over again...im quite sick at the moment..been to the toilet for like 4-5 times =/ must be the food that oak cooked for me frome yesterday's bbq...

So,For all you singles out there, get a partner ASAP! if not, the consequences are same with a person who smokes!! yes,it can shorten your life!! hahah i wished i didint read this article so i dont feel much a miserable right now =P...gootnite..ciows

Patriotism...just another meaning to ponder upon...today marks another history date as Malaysia celebrated its 47th year of independence...it used to be not so grand =P somehow i realize malaysian celebrates every occation more lively now...events going on everywhere and major landmark are usually jam pack with people...wanna know how i celebrated my merdeka? =P BARBEQUE!! rox!!
I woke up early today cos a few of us including me was incharge of foods and beverages for bbq...hey, i coudlnt sleep the night before, my eyes were wide open and my mind constantly wandering around the room...i thought i didnt do something before i go to sleep, and no its not forgetting about writing blog...i was too tired to write and i was hoping that i could write more today =P.
ANYWAY, seehoe,jerry,pohlin and i went to carrefour around late noon to buy the stuffz ...i didnt eat any lunch =( all i had was a bottle of guava juice!! goddamn it ..sweet like hell >.<...after shopping, went back and slept for 5mins, woke up watch porn ahahan NO i was joking =P and around 6 i went to loco's house, CARRYING A 5kg table =*( damn bloddy heavy..loco!!! please go get a table for christ sake..luckily his house wasnt 10 km away from mine...
Sarted lighting up fire...i wasnt pro in it but was ok =P...watched ManU vs Everton, ate semi-raw food, drink tonnes of coke,watched oak playing with charcoal (he and his fetish!), played with Goldie (loco's golden retriever) , cooked some good lamb (yea and im bloody good with it), watch some merdeka live performance and finnaly counting down to merdeka on tv....STOOD up for NEGARAKU!! go go me!! yes i did...dont bother asking why,but i did...ahaha patriotic? nah, im not those kindda of person...BUT if there was a war happening in Malaysia,and if i had to choose to either go for war and die for the country,i would...=P i just find it kinnda cool to actually die for your country, its like in the movies or something like that...at least that give me a reason to talk to her one more time...haha silly me, i dont think she even bothers about it =/ ....
oh well so much today, im getting tired ...luckily i bath and im kinnda refreshed at the moment..i'll take a sip of Jack Daniels before i go to bed..just to feel good about it...

Hungry Ghost Festival..=/~

It's the time of the year again where everyone dont linger around till late at night because the gates of hell has just open its door for the dead...actually, i didnt know that this festival had began...
I was driving past mentari and i saw this large performance stage built in the middle of the road...then when i sat down at the restoran with some friends,they told me about the opera performance for the dead and also the chairs that were not meant to be sit....he was explaining to me about the chairs that was placed there for the 'unseen' to sit...so this makes abit of sense =P...
Anyway, every year since i was young, i helped my mom to do offerings to our ancestors during the chinese ghost festival, you know when you were young u asked alot of questions...chinese believe that during this festival, 'ghosts' walks on our land freely and wander around for food...they seek for their lost one sometimes and during this period of time, alot of accidents happen...whether its superstitious or not, accidents happen more during chinese ghost festival everyyear...please try not to wander alone outside when its dark...dont go out so often unless its necessary =/...and keep in mind that ghost will not harm u if u dont do stupid things like lure them or anything like tat (that is if u believe in their existence)...i hope that i dont have to drive out alone at night ...
hah i still remember the days when there's hungry ghost festival, i'll sleep with my parents for awhole month.. >.< ..and i curi-curi drink 'tong-yun-' that was made as an offerings..lol....yumyum..miss those days..

food!!! yumyum!!!

Leaving in a nocturnal life is not a healthy lifestyle!!! how many times i tried and how many times i failed to change my sleeping habit to a normal routine...i need to be stricter on myself!! like i said,today was just like the rest of the time, sleeping past through breakfast and lunch, the sound of incoming msn woke me up..GRrrrrr i was having such a nice dream!! dam u tek!!! it was in the evening though, time for me to REALLY wake up.. =P ..actually i was glald that i woke too,it i didnt, could have missed the chance to eat seafood!! Yumyum...
The journey was kindda far, and i had to cramp with 3 Guys!!! not girls =(, so it wasnt such a pleasant ride..hehe, anyway i enjoyed my dinner...i dont know about u guys but i wouldnt mind spending a fortune on Good food...i do see people that save alot on food and they can be very particular about what they take...=/ i mean, who dislike eating food? its like the best thing to be doing since u are alive...my mom used to nag me whenever i couldnt finish up my food saying some superstitious thing like my future wife would have lots of pimples if i didnt finish up my rice and blablabla..i did believed her once when i was small, hahah how naive i was =P...but i get her message now...shes just trying to convince me to eat more and dont waste any food...
im high in metabolisme...i eat alot but yet i dont grow fat /gg i know i know lots of girls envy that...hahah, well i dont quite like it...never tried those miracle weight gain stuffz..does it actually work? hmm not too sure about it...maybe 1 day i will =P...
so, whether its seafood or italian or nasilemak...im proud to be a malaysian..cos i think they have the BEST food around...mamak is the best thing that malaysia have and ive seen my aunty bringing my whole family to some isolated urban area just to eat fried mee!!! i dont blame her of course, i think there are worst scenarios happening around..anyhow, i think it s the culture.. whenever u heard about some nice place to eat,you just gotta try it..no matter what..
writing this makes me feel hungry....i think i ll go line up for rojak in ss15 tomorrow =P
oh well time to sleep...hope i dont dream about food...bleh.!

Welcome to my blog. =)

Well well,its been awhile since i succeeded in doing something that i planned..here i am creating a new blog to record some of the significant happenings around my life that has happened...hmm there are some interesting blogs that ive read and some are pretty catchy, so i was thinking, why not create a blog for myself =P...anyway, i couldnt find an appropriate name for it so i guess i have to stick with alvinrox for a blog page...heheh no offence but i do rox...right? seriously =P hahah...
Its 6 in the morning rite now and what the hell am i doing here? normal people might think that im crazy cos most ppl are asleep rite now =/....its hot and im so sticky....havent bath since i came home from a movie with bunch of friends..Alien vs Predator kick ass!!! (minus the dull story line) u guys should check out the Alien's mom..gosh was she huge or what!!! and guys check out predator's bad-ass ninja chopping backstep move..!!!! Yeng-ness =P..i could have enjoyed the movie much better if it wasnt for jerry!! you have 1 lousy bladder...stop going to the toilet 2 times in the middle of the show.../pif ...
haahha anyway, gotta get some rest...cya...and errr welcome?? =P
